The interactions we have at home have the biggest impact on who we become. Schools and colleges are essential part of our personality development but the inputs and foundations that parents create are a must and cannot be outsourced to anyone. 

   Work from Home brings with it the challenges of balancing personal time with professional commitments. But COVID-19 gives us an opportunity to figure out how to spend at least couple of hours every day, without electronics looking at your kids in the eye, being present, hearing, playing, connecting, sharing and have quality time with your family. 

        Amidst the chaos surrounding you with constant calls, presentations, demos etc… we can still take time off and spend time with our families by compensating for the time taken travelling to and fro to work. But the onus is on you to make that choice to cut the monotony and adjust the schedule to let loose ourselves and bring balance for our well-being.

                        Empathize with your family and think about their stress levels for a second completely locked down at home. Understanding someone else’s perspective is hard, a job that’s never complete, but it’s worth the effort. Because the time we spend and impressions we create in our family member’s psyche shapes their personality!
