We believe that the time and effort taken by our clients to finalize and select a resource must be minimized. This is largely made possible by ensuring clients do not waste time with a wrong candidate. In order to do this, our QA is built in at every stage of our processes, commencing from receiving a client mandate to exit of our resource from client project. Slippages in quality are escalated to the highest level, triggering a series of CAPA initiatives.

Partner-Driven Structure

At a fundamental level, every client is assigned to a unique team, whose only mandate is to manage the client’s requirements, end-to-end. Each member of the Executive Council of Teamware, the highest decision making authority, is responsible for monitoring KRA’s and accountable for all client deliverables.
