Learning vs Wasting

June 18, 2020 The Editorial Board - Teamware Solutions

It’s easy for us to worry! COVID-19 has turned the world upside down and majority of us are locked at home with no idea when will we get back to normalcy!
But hey wait! What is normalcy by the way? A sum total of our accumulated habits and behaviour?
May be we will get used to this new normalcy sooner. But as we know worrying takes lots of effort! And worry accomplished nothing of value
COVID-19 is all about waiting patiently to get adjusted and get back to normal perception of getting things done. The world will no longer be the same after COVID-19. Many companies are already getting ready to make their majority of their workforce to WFH and have started to look at new ways of motivating and keeping the creative juices flowing! So the time we spend waiting in this new pandemic can open doors for new opportunities to learn, lead and connect. So time is precious and cannot be wasted just worrying about the changes happening around us!
If we decided to simply reduce our worrying time spent by 30-40%, just imagine how much we could
discover, how many skills we could learn, how dramatically attitudes could shift.

And we can still worry (even though it doesn’t do any good). But perhaps we can figure out how to
do it less and focus on Learning new possibilities.
