interview in MNCs today is writing an effective cover letter that would distinguish yourself from

is still a very good chance for someone to convey the purpose they are going to bring to the role
for which they are being hired

the role and the organization overall
2. Focus on the future – While resume would help you showcase your past commitments the
cover letter would help you to focus on why you are the best fit for the role and focus on
two skills that are relevant to almost any job right now: adaptability and the ability to learn
quickly
3. Make it short and sweet – Hiring manager must be able to read your letter at a glance
4. Show your understanding and respect for the organization you are applying for – Do your
research to understand the work culture and company’s outlook and how you would fit into
the scheme of things
